Annapurna Autumn Season

Trekking is possible and can be operated all the time of year depending upon you interest and area you choose in Nepal. There are mainly four seasons in Nepal ie. Autumn Season (September - October - November), Winter Season (December - January - February), Spring Season (March - April - May) and Monsoon Season (June - July - August). Among these seasons, Autumn season and Spring seasons are the best seasons for trekking in Nepal and these seasons are most busiest months for walking. Autumn is normally dry, stable weather, excellent climate to view the mountains and you will experience mild/moderate type of temperature (not so cold, not so hot). During this season, the Nepalese most important and biggest festivals like Dashain, Tihar, Teej, Indra Jatra falls where you can also join and enjoy.

Autumn is the perfect time to explore the Himalayas of Nepal and the peak touristic season in Nepal. All types of trekking ranging from easy, moderate and strenuous can be operated in this season. Some of the popular treks like Everest Base Camp Trek, Annapurna Base Camp Trek, Annapurna Circuit Trek, Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek, Manaslu Round Trek, Langtang Valley Trek, Upper Mustang Trek, Upper Dolpo Trek, Nar Phu Trek and Makalu Base Camp Trek can be undertaken in this season.
